Nexacorez

A Shopify store built for conversion, not decoration.

Custom theme development, a lean app stack, and a checkout that gets out of the way — built to sell from launch day rather than look good in a screenshot.

What we run

Built on the theme, not bolted on with apps

Shopify makes it easy to solve every problem by installing something. That is exactly how stores end up slow, expensive to run, and impossible to change.

Store Design & Theme

Custom theme development on a clean modern base, designed for your products rather than adapted from a template built for someone else's.

Products & Collections

Variants, metafields, automated collections and navigation structured so customers find things and you can merchandise without a developer.

Checkout & Payments

Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, multi-currency and local payment methods configured, with the checkout kept as short as the platform allows.

Apps & Integrations

A deliberately short app list. Anything that can live in the theme does, and anything that cannot earn its subscription gets cut.

Speed & Core Web Vitals

Script auditing, image handling and lazy loading, because every app you install adds weight to every page whether it is used or not.

Migration & Launch

Products, customers and order history moved across, with full redirect mapping so the rankings you already have survive the move.

Apps are where Shopify stores go slow

Every app injects its own scripts, and most of them load on every page regardless of whether that page uses the feature. Ten apps means ten script bundles competing for the same load. Half of them were installed to solve something a single theme edit would have fixed permanently.

We build into the theme wherever it is practical, keep the app stack short and deliberate, and audit what each remaining subscription actually returns. Fewer moving parts, faster pages, lower monthly cost.

How it works

From brief to live store

Four stages, with your approval required before each one starts.

01

Scope & Architecture

Catalogue structure, variants, collections and the app stack decided before design, because they shape everything downstream.

02

Design

Full designs for desktop and mobile, signed off before development starts.

03

Build & Integrate

Theme developed on a staging theme, products loaded, payments and shipping configured and tested.

04

Migrate & Launch

Data moved across, redirects mapped, analytics connected, then training and handover.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

If yours is not here, ask us on a call and you will get a straight answer.

Shopify or WooCommerce?

Shopify if you want to sell fast with minimal technical overhead and fairly standard requirements — hosting, security and PCI compliance are handled for you. WooCommerce if you need deep content alongside commerce, unusual pricing or product logic, or you want to avoid platform fees. We will say plainly if your case suits the other one.

Can you migrate my existing store without losing rankings?

Yes, and redirect mapping is the part that matters. Products, collections, customers and order history all move across, but the URLs change — so every old URL needs a 301 to its new equivalent. Skipping that step is the single most common reason traffic collapses after a replatform.

Do I need Shopify Plus?

Usually not. Plus makes sense at high order volume, or when you need checkout customisation, multiple storefronts or B2B features the standard plans do not offer. For most stores the standard plan does everything required, and the difference is better spent on inventory or ads.

Which apps do I actually need?

Fewer than you have been told. Reviews, email and possibly a bundling or subscription app cover most real needs. Anything else has to justify both its monthly cost and the page weight it adds — we audit that during scoping rather than installing first and asking later.

Who owns the theme code?

You do. The theme lives in your Shopify account and you keep it whether or not you continue working with us. We hand over the code, the documentation and a walkthrough at launch.
