What we run

One shoot, every channel's specification

Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Google and your own store all want different frames, ratios and backgrounds. Sending the same file everywhere is why listings get suppressed.

Background Removal

Clean cutouts with real edge work on hair, glass, mesh and reflective surfaces — not an automatic mask that leaves a halo.

Retouching & Colour

Dust, scuffs, creases and colour cast corrected, with product colour matched across the whole set so a range looks like a range.

Marketplace Compliance

Pure white main images, correct frame fill percentage, no logos or text where they are prohibited, exported at each platform's required size.

Infographics & Lifestyle

Secondary images that sell — feature callouts, scale references, comparison charts and composited lifestyle scenes when a shoot is not viable.

A+ & Enhanced Content

Module-ready artwork sized for Amazon A+ and Walmart Enhanced Content, built from the same source set so nothing drifts.

Bulk Processing

Whole catalogues handled with consistent naming, SKU mapping and folder structure, so files upload without manual sorting.

The main image decides whether anyone sees the rest

On every marketplace, the main image is what appears in search results. It decides your click-through rate before a shopper reads a single word of the listing — and it has to meet a strict specification or the listing gets suppressed entirely.

So we treat the main image as a compliance job and the secondary images as the selling job. Pure white, correct frame fill, exported to spec for each channel; then infographics, scale shots and lifestyle scenes that answer the questions that stop people buying.

How it works

How a catalogue gets processed

Four stages, built so a set of ten and a set of ten thousand run the same way.

01

Spec & Sample

You send raw files, we confirm the channels and produce a sample set for approval before touching the rest.

02

Process

The approved treatment applied across the catalogue, with colour and framing consistent from first SKU to last.

03

Export Per Channel

Every image output at the size, ratio and background each platform requires, named to your SKU convention.

04

Deliver

Organised folders, upload-ready. Revisions handled at set level rather than one file at a time.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

If yours is not here, ask us on a call and you will get a straight answer.

What do the marketplaces actually require?

Broadly: a pure white main image with the product filling most of the frame, no logos, watermarks, borders or added text on that main image, and a minimum resolution that allows zoom. The exact percentages and pixel minimums differ per platform, which is why we export separately for each rather than reusing one file.

Can you work from phone photos?

Often yes, if they are sharp, well lit and shot straight on. What we cannot fix is motion blur or a badly out-of-focus subject. Send a few samples before committing to a shoot and we will tell you honestly whether they are workable.

Do you do lifestyle images without a photoshoot?

Yes, by compositing your product into a scene. It works well for straightforward products and is far cheaper than a shoot. For anything where the product interacts with a person or has complex reflections, a real shoot gives a better result and we will say so.

How fast is turnaround on a large catalogue?

It scales with volume rather than being fixed. The sample approval stage takes the longest because that is where the treatment is agreed; after that the catalogue runs in batches. We commit to a dated schedule once we have seen the raw files.

What if I need the same product for Amazon and TikTok Shop?

That is the normal case, and it is exactly why we export per channel. One approved treatment, then separate outputs at each platform's ratio and background requirement, so nothing gets rejected for being the wrong shape.

READY TO FIX
YOUR CATALOGUE?

Send us five raw images and the channels you sell on. You get a processed sample and a fixed per-image quote back within 24 hours.

The sample is free. You will see the standard before you commit to the catalogue.
